Baseball Training

As a student of the game of baseball I am always trying to find new ways of improving my game but also trying to help thousands of kids that are striving to one day put a major league uniform on. Now a days players are getting faster, stronger, and all around better. The player pool is stacked. So what can help a kid stand out more the others. Well I may have found the answer. While I was doing research I stumbled upon a program that can give kids the edge over other ball players. This program will help you become more explosive and all around a better athlete.
Scouts are always looking for a five tool player. The hardest thing to achieve is running faster. The reason is because you can't teach speed. However you can build it. You can train hard and train your fast twich muscles to become explosive. It will not only improve your running but also you will throw harder because you have a stronger base and core and you will also hit harder and farther. Your range will increase on defense also.
I have seen some good things with this program. I have become a lot faster and feel like I am a step up on the competition. Their is no better feeling then beating out a infield hit, or stretching a single into a double or making an unbelievable play because you have incredible range.
So if anyone is interested in this program I have left the website at the bottom of this article.

5 Steps of Hitting

Today we are going to talk about the five steps of hitting. First lets talk about why the five steps of hitting are important. The first reason is simple, if you want to become a better baseball player then you have to have the correct steps down. The second reason is an increase in power. I don't know how many times players have so much talent but aren't taught the right things and it all goes in the trash. So lets go through the steps. The first step is the stride. The stride is designed to get our body in motion. The second step is the back knee trigger (or squish the bug). This step is when you decide if you are going to swing at the pitch or if you are going to take the pitch. Next is the slotting of the elbow. This one is easy because once your back knee triggers your elbow should slot right against the side of your ribs. This will help you keep your hands inside of the baseball which in return will help your power numbers explode. The next step is the actual hitting of the baseball. You want to hit the baseball with the proper rythm and no breakage in the swing to put maximum power behind it. The Last step is to flick the wrist. This will give you an extra 15 feet on your swing. That is how you hit a baseball.

The Wizards Corner

Hello,

I have been getting alot of good feedback from you guys about my website. Alot of you are asking me how come I am giving away my information for free. The answers is simple. I remember chasing a dream, wanting to play professional baseball. It was always on my mind. I worked hard and always tried to find new ways to increase my level of play. One day I was on the web and looking up different drills to improve my skills. I found many sites wanted you to pay for the information. I knew I wasn't going to pay but I thought how many people pay for this when it is just common baseball knowledge. So I decided to build my own site. A place where you can work on your hitting, fielding, and throwing. I have running and lifting programs. I break down everything on my site. If people have questions I will gladly help them understand my methods. I will be running this blog and my website. Here on my blog i will give daily postings. If you need help with your baseball skills I advise that you check out my site. http://ebbaseballwizard.googlepages.com/ There you can find help with all of your game. Good Luck to all of you!
